In order to make this service commercially viable and give you the seller the £1 fee services, your property will be subject to a Purchaser’s fee, payable to us by the buyer/s in addition to the agreed purchase price, this would be done via solicitors and on completion only. The fee is set out on your property listing.
Sellers pay a small administration fee of only £1, which is purely to prepare the marketing particulars for prospective buyers, they are not charged any other commission fees.
