Catshill is a village just north of Bromsgrove, nestled in the Worcestershire countryside, although considered by many a part of Bromsgrove town due to its proximity. Catshill has a surprising range of properties for its size, including a wide range of larger and smaller houses, period properties, and flats. The village is home to two schools, Catshill First School and Catshill Middle School. In the centre of the village are a selection of shops, including a Coop, Spar, Pharmacy, and a variety of restaurants – on the same road lies Catshill’s village hall, which is host to a variety of activities, such as martial arts classes and IT skills.
Catshill is a popular area for commuters – served regularly by several bus companies, with routes to Bromsgrove, Worcester, Droitwich, Stourbridge, Merry Hill, Halesowen, and Birmingham. The town also benefits from proximity to the M5 and M42 proximity, making travel by car very easy.
