Winyates is a district in the east of Redditch consisting of Winyates West, Winyates East, and Winyates Green. As one of the largest residential areas in Redditch, Winyates is home to many local amenities, including a local shopping centre. There are two first schools in Winyates; Tenacres First School & Roman Way First School, and one middle school; Ipsley Middle School. The area is also home to the Ipsley Alders Marsh Nature Reserve, which is a site of special scientific interest.

Split into Winyates West and Winyates East by Winyates Way, with Winyates green lying to the east of Winyates east, on the other side of Alders Drive. All areas of Winyates have a large selection of terraced and semi-detached family homes to choose from.

Whilst only being a short drive from Redditch town centre, Winyates still has its own centre with a small selection of shops, pubs, takeaway restaurants, and hairdressers. The area also has several schools, meaning you’ll never be out of walking distance and hopefully avoid any school rush traffic!

The park puts on many activities throughout the year, including a fantastic firework display. Winyates is also home to the Ipsley Alders Marsh Nature Reserve, a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
