Longbridge is a large, developing suburb with a population of 30,000, 10 miles south west of Birmingham. It has excellent road links with the M5, M42 and A38 close by. Longbridge has a long association with the car industry, though much of the famous plant was demolished in 2006. Walks along the river Rea show its past. Its history lives on though with information points marking its past on brownfield sites, now developed into new housing. It has a fairly new technology park, opened in 2010, as well as Longbridge Business Park, the original manufacturing base for Austin Mini. It is a thriving business and retail community in its own right and an area that has shown rapid regeneration and growth. Longbridge benefits from a direct rail route to Birmingham New Street, which is under 20 minutes away.

With so much brownfield land, there’s little wonder that Longbridge’s property market is largely dominated by new developments. Park View, Cofton Fields are supplemented by Cofton Grange and Longbridge Place. Properties in Longbridge had an overall average price of £183,566 over the last year.
The majority of sales in Longbridge during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £187,794. Terraced properties sold for an average of £161,658, with flats fetching £146,511. You can find a wide range of properties and prices in Longbridge with prices starting from under £100,000 to below £400,000 for large modern detached homes. It is, in south Birmingham terms, relatively affordable and desirable.

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service from all four branches. We have a range of specialist professionals from branch manager to valuers to property sales consultants. Mortgage and after sales are also covered as well as marketing and photography.

The first step is for you to make contact with us. Call or email our team and we will respond promptly. You talk, we listen and a plan is put in place to help solve your property issues. We are here to help you every step of the way.

We have a varied, excellent team across all of our branches, active promotion online and in high streets, as well as an online portal. How do other estate agents compare?
