Bromsgrove is no stranger to golfing, the current site has been used for over 100 years with its '9 rather sporting holes'.
Back in 1992, when the first 9 holes were unveiled, it was clear quickly that they were a hit. That success owed a lot to Ted and his sons Philip and Adam, who teamed up with the renowned golf course architects Hawtree & Son to infuse the course with some serious flair.
People were so impressed that they started asking about memberships, leading to the formation of the Club in 1993. And get this: the members manage the affairs together.
Then, in 1994, they saw an opportunity to expand. So, they brought back the winning combo of Hawtree Practice and Beveridge Plant Hire to add another 9 holes. By 1996, the layout had grown to a full 18 holes, each one offering a unique and adventurous experience, with some killer panoramic views thrown in for good measure.
